About Me

My objective is to design ubiquitous rich Internet applications that integrate heterogeneous services and leverage semantic knowledge in order to enable users to intuitively accomplish complex tasks anytime, anywhere, on any device.

My research interests include software engineering for web-based and mobile applications, in particular the specification, validation and control of device-independent dialog flows in process-intensive Web and rich Internet applications (for details, see my academic profile).

I agree with Jean Paul that "to travel is to live". You can find photos and travelogues of my past trips, as well as some impressions from Leipzig, in my photo album and my flickr photostream.
